Chemical washing unit
FUNCTION: It is used to discharge wastewater and other aggressive liquids from tanks. The pumps are single-step type with spiral casing and the open rotor. All pump parts that are in contact with fluid are made of resistant materials. The pump is connected by coupling to the spindle of the electric motor.
MATERIALS:
basic: PVC, PEHD, PP, PVDF, PTFE,
seats: PTFE,
gaskets: EPDM, FPM - viton.
APPLICATION TEMPERATURES: PVC: 0°C to 50°C, PEHD: -20° to 60°C, PP: -20° to 80°C, PVDF: -40° to 120°C, PTFE: -50° to 150°C.
PIPELINE CONNECTION: flange, connector with thread R, Rd, M, NPT.
