Two-piece ball valves

Pneumatic ball valves

FUNCTION: It is used as a shut-off part in plants with remote control. Valve motion is done via pneumatic drive with exiting spindle rotation from 0 - 90°. Instructions are done by electric impulse, via electromagnetic valves or slide valve. There is a signal device which provides confirmation about command that was carried out.  Signaling device can be used for visual control with electronic or pneumatic signal. Air pressure for engine power: Pn= 6-8 bar.

NOMINAL SIZES: DN 15-100.

NOMINAL PREASURES:  PN 10.

MATERIALS:
basic: PVC, PEHD, PP, PVDF, PTFE;
seats: PTFE;
gaskets: EPDM, FPM - viton.

APPLICATION TEMPERATURE: PVC: 0°C to 50°C, PEHD: -20° to 60°C, PP: -20° to 80°C, PVDF: -40° to 120°C, PTFE: -50° to 150°C.

PIPELINE CONNECTION: flange, connector with thread G,M, NPT; connector for welding and sticking; connector for butt welding.
